Los Angeles -based comic Jimmy Kimmel told his audience on Tuesday that “there is no riot outside” and hit the “mentally ill” president, Donald Trump, to deploy troops to assume what he claims is an exaggerated discomfort in the city.
Trump sent more than 700 marines to Los Angeles to try to score the anti-angel protests that have devastated parts of the city on Tuesday. Images of the showcase masked protesters who block roads, destroying vehicles and participating in police, while Mayor Karen Bass issued a curfish -touch for part of the city center area.
Kimmel mocked the media to portray anti-angetian protests as “some kind of totalitarian landscape” and condemned the Trump administration to deport “people who have lived here all their lives.”
“You won’t see it elsewhere on television. Not only is it not an apocalypse, they have a premiere of Disney/Pixar films for” Elio “, a movie about aliens. Don’t tell Trump but will also send the green seeds,” Kimmel belonged. “But I just mean, thanks to God for President Trump and the heroes of ICE for protecting us from these vendors of blood fruits that spread their dangerous pieces of pineapple and mangos with a lime bite throughout the city.”
The last night’s host aroused his rage toward ice raids in the city, claiming that the “great majority” of those deported has “never done bad”.
“The people who have lived here all their lives, the people who have been in this city longer than me, the vast majority of whom have never done anything wrong, are being abducted, which is the correct word to be used, by masks agents, hiding their identities, taking the people on the street and work, sending people to the detention centers,” he said.
Kimmel stated that he is not only Los Angelenos’s right to protest deportations, but also his “responsibility”.
“Los Angelenos gathered to demonstrate and, with very few exceptions, peacefully demonstrate their opposition to this disgusting and unnecessary abuse of being able to instigated by our mental president, who is dead to exacerbate this, who actually wants conflicts, who intentionally becomes inflamed and lies to look like there is a war.”
Kimmel continued his critique to the President and stated that he “wants a war” to and does not care who hurts in the process.
“There are no revolts outside,” Kimmel said. “We have more called” discomfort “here when one of our teams wins a championship.”
The host stated that the media exaggerated the violence that occur in anti-angel protests, and argued that Trump aggravated the malaise by sending troops.
“Someone sets a fire in a tin of trash, 12 camera crews head towards him,” he said.
“Trump wants to look like an anarchy, so it is a turn to our governor and calls for 4,000 National Guard soldiers and 700 active service sailors. When we had the forest fires that devastated large pieces of our city, he did absolutely nothing. Now that we are in the middle of an emergency, they send to the National Guard!”
